THIS PROGRAM USES DOUBLEKNOT FOR REGISTRATION. IF YOU DO HAVE A DOUBLEKNOT LOGIN, SELECT "CREATE NEW USER PROFILE" ON THE LOGIN SCREEN AND CREATE A LOGIN. TIP FOR GS MEMBERS WITHOUT DOUBLEKNOT LOGINS: YOUR EMAIL WILL BE THE USER ID SO MAKE YOUR PASSWORD THE SAME AS YOU USE FOR MYGS.

For: Brownie, Junior, Non Members Welcome

Join us at Central Park, where Brownies can start to earn their Outdoor Art Creator badge, and Juniors can start to earn their Outdoor Art Explorer badge! Girls will find art ideas outdoors and make a craft. Necessary supplies will be provided. 

Badge/Patch: Badges will be distributed at the conclusion of the event 

Cost: Tiered Pricing, $10, $8, $5 for Girl Scout members, Non Members $10 per girl.

Special Instructions: This is a DROP OFF event. Guardians that are dropping off Girl Scouts will NOT be permitted to stay on the premises during the event. Be on the lookout for a confirmation email that will be sent out a few days before the program for important COVID procedures and program details. All communication will be sent to the email address with which you registered. Specific information regarding this program will be emailed to you prior to the event.

COVID-19 refund policy: If you need to cancel your registration due to possible COVID-19 symptoms or exposure to the virus, you will receive a full refund. Please Contact Us to request a cancellation and list COVID exposure or symptoms so that we can process your refund. 

After you register, you will receive a LONG confirmation email/receipt. SCROLL DOWN TO SEE IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN THE YELLOW SECTION.

UNDER THE SECTION WITH THE BAR CODE, THERE IS A LINK TO "ADD TO YOUR CALENDAR."

Two days prior to the meeting, you should receive an email that will include the link to the meeting. If you do not see it, check your Spam Folders. Also make sure that you have not blocked emails from Doubleknot in the past. If you have not received that email two days before the event, contact Maddy Klement at madelinek@gsctx.org ASAP.

Cancellation Policy

We require TWO WEEKS notice for any cancellation request to be eligible for a refund. You will be issued a refund for the event fee, less the $5 Cancellation Fee. If your request for cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the event, you will not be eligible for any refund.
