Special Instructions: NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. Please arrive at 8:30am for private event with photo line. Public event with book signing and purchasing of books till 12:15pm will follow. Parking garage is across the street.  Contact GSCTX Customer Care for Registration questions. 

Adults attending this event are responsible for their troop or individual scout’s behavior. During non-drop off Girl Scout events, the safety-wise (Chapter 4 of Volunteer Essentials) adults and adults listed on the Troop Travel Application (TTA) attending the event are responsible for the safety and well-being of the girls that are in their care during the event. Do not leave your girl scouts in the care of other adults at the event that are not listed on your TTA or directly related to the child. Parents or guardians of individual girl scouts that are attending non-drop off events are strongly encouraged to have an eligible, unexpired Criminal Background Check (CBC) on file with Girl Scouts of Central Texas. The easiest way to accomplish this is to add the "Troop Friends and Family" role to their membership.
