Welcome to our Waco Service Center Reservation System!

We are using Doubleknot to manage the reservations. If you already have a Doubleknot Login, you may use it. If not, you may create one during the process. If you are a new Doubleknot user, you may create a GROUP (can be your Troop Number or just your Family Name). This helps identify your reservation.

We are  currently open for weekday evening troop meetings,  weekend day troop meetings and weekend  overnight reservations 

• Troop Meeting reservations are available on Monday through Friday 5:00 PM - 9:00 p.m, Saturday/Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 1 night Weekend Overnight reservations are available Friday and Saturday nights, 5:00 p.m. through 12:00 p.m. the following day.
• The facility does not have showers if you are planning overnight events and need this accommodation. The facility does not have a stove/oven; only a microwave and refrigerator.

Making Reservations

For Troop Meetings/Equipment:

1. In the Category section below, select "Meeting" or "Equipment"
2. Select the desired space/equipment and click on the date you desire for your meeting. The available times will be displayed. Time is reserved in 30 minute increments. Reserve as many as you need.
3. Click on the Start time of your reservation. The remaining hours will turn blue.
4. Click on the End Time of your reservation.
5. Click on the  RESERVE  . Your reservation will be added to the Shopping Cart.
6. If you need to reserve multiple dates and rooms, repeat steps 2 through 5 for each one
7. When done adding reservations, Check Out.

For Weekend Overnight reservations: (1 night only)

1. Select the Overnight Category
2. Select "Overnight" as the selection
3. Select either the Friday or Saturday date as your Start Date.
4. Click on  RESERVE   on the End Date. Your reservation will be added to the Shopping Cart.

​After your reservation is completed, you will receive an email from Doubleknot confirming the reservation. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folders. About 10 days prior to your reservation, you will receive an email with additional information.
