Fredericksburg Girl Scout House Reservation System

We are using Doubleknot to manage the reservations. If you already have a Doubleknot Login, you may use it. If not, you may create one during the process by selecting "Create New User Profile" when you get to the login screen. If you are a NEW Doubleknot user, you may create a GROUP (can be your Troop Number or just your Family Name)

This online system is for Girl Scout members only.

Non members must contact Customer Care to request a reservation. You must sign a Facility Use Agreement before we can make a reservation for you.

We require a TWO NIGHT minimum due to the popularity of our Scout House

The Girl Scout House includes two meeting rooms separated by the full kitchen. There are two restrooms, (1) shower, fireplace, and picnic tables. The house includes (6) 8' tables, (2) 6' folding tables, (57) chairs, (3) full size futons, and a bridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, and coffee pot.

Day capacity: 50   Overnight capacity: 30

We are accepting reservations for:

• Troop Meetings:  Monday through Thursday 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. There are (4) 2 hour sessions to choose from. The fee for each 2 hour troop meeting is $5.00.
• Weekday Day Rental (Non Girl Scout Related) NEW!: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., Fee: $50 for members. Great for daytime book clubs, bunco, birthdays, baby or wedding showers
• Weekend Overnight:  Friday 6:00 pm to Sunday 12:00 pm
  • Fees: $300 full weekend Friday through Sunday for Girl Scout members
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 30 days notice for any cancellation requests to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any requests made less than 30 days forfeit all fees paid. To request a cancellation/refund, contact customercare@gsctx.org.

To make a reservation:

1. In the Category section below, select the category of your reservation . 
2. When the screen updates, select the type of rental.
3. Use the calendar to navigate to the desired start date of your reservation and Click on the date to reserve. For the Two Night Night rental, select Friday start date. 
4. Click on the red Reserve button. Your reservation will be added to the shopping cart.
5. If you need to make other reservations, repeat steps 1 - 4 for each one. Just change to the category you need.
6. When done adding all your reservations, proceed to check out.
7. On the next screen you will ask to select your registrant type. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to.
8. You will enter the number of adults and youths attending.
9. If you have more than one reservation, you will be asked to "Fix" the reservation. Click on them to update the number and type of registrants. 
10. When done, complete the reservation and pay the balance due.

After your reservation is completed, you will receive an email from Doubleknot confirming your registration. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folder. About 10 days prior to your reservation, you will receive another email with additional information such as door codes or security system and cleaning instructions.
