HOWDY DAY CAMP
We are using Doubleknot to manage registrations this year. If you do not have a Doubleknot login, you can create one during the registration by selecting "Create New User Profile" when you get to the Login Screen. Do not attempt to login with you MyGS logon.

We are ready to "press play" for this year's day camp theme, Howdy Craft 2022! This 100% volunteer run day camp experience is a week full of Girl Scout traditions, outdoor skill building, and STEAM based activities! Campers can expect to learn the basics of coding while also enjoying all the other things that make Howdy Day Camp one of our best local traditions.
In addition to the Campers, we will need older girls to be Aides-in-Training, and Aides. For more info, visit: https://bcsgirlscouts.org/
Below you will see a description and cost for each type of registrant. If you register prior to April 30, you will receive a $10 discount on the registration that will automatically be applied.

T-Shirts: A camp T-shirt will be included in the registration fee for Volunteers, Campers, Campcraft, and Broncos.
An Aides in Training T-shirt or Aides T-shirt will be included in the registration fee for Aides in Training and Aides respectively.
There will be an option to purchase additional T-shirts for an additional fee during the registration process.
Payment types accepted: Credit card or Program Credits. To apply Program Credits to your order, you must register first and then complete a Program Credit Form and submit. Once Customer Care receives your form, we can apply it to your order. You will have to pay for your registration in full prior to submitting the form, but once applied, we will issue a refund for that amount back to your credit card.
Health Forms: Please complete the Howdy Health Form for each participant. This form and other information about Howdy Day Camp can be found HERE.
Carpooling: In order to save you time, we will be collecting Carpooling interest at the start of the registration process. You will be able to add Registrant information after that information is complete.
* All participants will need an email address entered. For participants that do not have their own email, please enter the caregiver's email.

After you complete your registration, you will be sent an email confirmation from Doubleknot. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folders. If not there, please contact Customer Care. When you receive that email, be sure to scroll down to see important information in the YELLOW section. You will receive another email closer to the Start Date from the Howdy Day Camp team with any additional information you may require.
