Reservation System
Enjoy Mobile STEM programming delivered directly to your troop! Girl Scouts will participate in hands-on, exciting STEM activities. Choose your session from a variety of program options. All troop reservations must be made in two-hour blocks to allow for a full program experience. See our current program offerings!
Mobile STEM troop reservations function best with groups of 5-15 Girl Scouts. For groups larger than 15 Girl Scouts, we'd love to chat with you so that we can create the best experience ahead of time, please contact us customercare@gsctx.org and include "mobile STEM" to the subject line.
Service units looking to book the Mobile STEM van for a larger event are encouraged to use the service unit only option below. A staff member will reach out to you once your request is received.
We now have two Mobile STEM Experience Centers and serve the following Texas counties:
Sessions: Two-hour in-person sessions will be available on weekday afternoons and on Saturday from either 9:30-11:30 or 2:00-4:00.
Mobile STEM Experience Center programming is free of charge for troops in the above counties thanks to our generous sponsors!

Use the following instructions to request a reservation for the Mobile STEM Experience Center. Please note that this is a reservation request. You will receive a confirmation within one week.
1. Select a category: 'Mobile STEM Van 1' or 'Mobile STEM Van 2' depending on where your troop is located.
2. Select your desired session type: ‘Weekday Session,' ‘Saturday AM Session,’ or 'Saturday PM Session.'
3. Select an open day on the calendar.
4. Select the start time and then the end time, two hours after. Click 'Reserve'.
5. Login using your Doubleknot account or create a new profile if you don't have one.
5. Select ‘Checkout’.
6. Select your preferred program (choose only one).
7. Enter the number of participants and complete the requested roster information. (Reservation requests will not be considered complete without a participation roster. Roster changes will be accepted up until one week prior to the selected date.)
8. Complete the troop meeting information.
9. Confirm the reservation and checkout.
