Girl Scouts on the Go!
Reservation System

Enjoy mobile Girl Scout programming delivered directly to your troop or service unit! Choose from a variety of hands-on Girl Scout experiences. Not sure which program to pick? Take this voting sheet (coming soon) to your next troop meeting and have your Girl Scouts decide! All reservations must be made in two-hour blocks to allow for a full program experience. Our current program offerings can be viewed once you select a date and begin the registration process. Flyers to share with your troop or service unit are also coming soon.

Girl Scout on the Go! reservations function best with groups of 5-15 Girl Scouts. For groups larger than 15 Girl Scouts, we would love to chat with you so that we can create the best experience ahead of time. Please contact us at customercare@gsctx.org and include "Girl Scouts on the Go!" in the subject line.

Service units looking to book Girl Scouts on the Go! programming for a larger event are encouraged to use the service unit only option below. A staff member will reach out to you once your request is received.

Girl Scouts on the Go! is available in the surrounding areas of Concho Valley, Brownwood, Waco, Killeen, and Bryan/College Station.

Note: Girl Scouts on the Go! Van 1, servicing the Brownwood, San Angelo, and Stephenville areas, is currently on pause. Please check back periodically for updates.

Sessions: Two-hour in-person sessions will be available on weekday afternoons and on Saturday from either 9:30-11:30 or 2:00-4:00.

Girl Scouts on the Go! programming is free of charge for troops in the counties served thanks to our generous sponsors!

Use the following instructions to request a reservation for Girl Scouts on the Go!. Please note that this is a reservation request. You will receive a confirmation email within one week.

1. Select a category, choosing the van based on the map above and where your troop is located. For service unit reservations, select 'Service Unit Use Only'

2. Select your desired session type: ‘Weekday Session,' ‘Saturday AM Session,’ or 'Saturday PM Session.'

3. Select an open day on the calendar.

4. Select the start time and then the end time, two hours after. Click 'Reserve'.

5. Login using your Doubleknot account or create a new profile if you don't have one.

5. Select ‘Checkout’.

6. Select your preferred program (choose only one).

7. Enter the number of participants and complete the requested roster information. Reservation requests will not be considered complete without a participation roster. Roster changes will be accepted up until one week prior to the selected date. (Troop reservations only.)

8. Complete the meeting information.

9. Confirm the reservation and checkout.
