La Grange Scout House Reservation System

We are using Doubleknot to manage the reservations. If you already have a Doubleknot Login, you may use it. If not, you may create one during the process by selecting "Create New User Profile" when you get to the login screen. If you are a NEW Doubleknot user, you may create a GROUP (can be your Troop Number or just your Family Name)

This system is for Girl Scout Members ONLY. Non members must contact Customer Care to request a reservation

We are accepting reservations for:

  • Day Rentals: Weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and weekend days 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
    • ​Fees: $100 per day 
  • Weekend Overnight: Saturday or Sunday (5:00 pm to 11:00 am)
    • Fees: $150 one night, $250 full weekend Friday through Sunday
  •  All reservations include a refundable $75 Security Deposit which will be returned after the reservation providing no damage has occurred.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 30 days notice for any cancellation requests to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any requests made less than 30 days forfeit all fees paid. To request a cancellation/refund, contact customercare@gsctx.org.

To make a reservation:

  1. In the Category section below, select the category of your reservation. 
  2. Click on the type of reservation you desire.
  3. Click on the start date of your reservation. (For one night reservation, select either Friday or Saturday as the start date. Two night reservations must start on Fridays.) 
  4. Click on the red Reserve button. Your reservation will be added to the shopping cart.
  5. If you need to make other reservations, repeat steps 1 - 4 for each one. 
  6. When done adding all your reservations, proceed to check out.
  7. On the next screen you will be asked to "Fix" each reservation prior to payment. Here is where you will enter the number of adults and youths attending.
  8. You can change to a different category at any time if you need to.
  9. When done, complete the reservation.

After your reservation is completed, you will receive an email from Doubleknot confirming your registration. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folder. About 10 days prior to your reservation, you will receive another email with additional information.
