Bluebonnet Shores Girl Scout Camp

This 0nline reservation system is for Girl Scout troops and service units only.

  • Entire Camp and Partial Camp service unit reservations can only be made by opening a Case with Customer Care.
  • Non member groups must contact us at (800) 733-0011 for information on reserving the camp.
  • All lodging reservations have a two night minimum.
  • Prior to making your reservation, review the "Activities Schedule" in the reservation guide first. Now that you can pre-select the times for all activities, planning ahead is very important and will make the reservation process easier.
  • Check in: Friday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.       Check Out: Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Tip: If you want to see dates that a specific lodging or activity is available, hover over "Bluebonnet Shores Weekend" in the green bar above, and select "Search by Lodging/Activity." This will present a calendar that shows availability by specific lodging or activity.
  • To make changes to an existing reservation, contact Customer Care. Do NOT create a new reservation.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing no less than 60 days prior to the camp reservation start date to receive a refund minus deposits paid. If the cancellation request is received fewer than 60 days prior to the start date of your reservations, no refund will be given. To request a cancellation/refund, contact customercare@gsctx.org.

Reserve lodgings and outdoor gear rental (New!):

  1. Select "01-Lodging" or "12-Outdoor Gear Rental" in the Category drop down.
  2. Navigate to the desired weekend on the small calendar and select the Friday date.
  3. All the lodgings will display.
  4. Select your desired lodging(s) by clicking on the Reserve button. They will be added to your Shopping Cart
  5. You will be asked to assign number of Adults and Youths for each lodging later in the the reservation process. An estimate is fine for now.
  6. *For Gear Rentals, select the Friday date for your weekend, select the number of items you want, Click on the Reserve Button and the gear will be added to your Shopping Cart. We will be collecting a deposit for each piece of gear and the balance will be due prior to 30 days out.

Reserve activity/meal passes: (Plan your schedule prior to making a reservation.)

In the Category section select the activity category you want.

  1. Select the exact session you want. 
  2. Navigate to the weekend and select the Saturday date for your weekend.
  3. Click on the Reserve button. The activity session will be added to your Shopping Cart
  4. Select the activity session only once. You will be prompted to enter the number of participants later.
  5. Repeat steps 1 -6 for each type of activity. Remember to change Categories to see other activities.
