Bluebonnet Shores Girl Scout Camp

This 0nline reservation system is for Girl Scout troops and service units only.

• Service Unit Entire Camp reservations can only be made by opening a Case with Customer Care.
• Non member groups must contact us at (800) 733-0011 for information on reserving the camp. Do not use the online system.
• To make changes to an existing reservation, contact Customer Care. Do NOT create a new reservation for an activity session you have already reserved.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing no less than 60 days prior to the camp reservation start date for lodgings and no less than 30 days prior for activity and meal passes to receive a refund minus deposits paid. All cancellations requested after these deadlines are nonrefundable. To request a cancellation/refund, contact customercare@gsctx.org.

NEW THIS YEAR:

• View the Bluebonnet Shores Availability Calendar for current availability. Do not attempt to reserve from this calendar. This is for information only.
• Day Passes - two weeks prior to weekend you can reserve remaining activity passes. Contact customercare@gsctx.org to reserve the Day pass and activities.
• S'mores Kits - individual and group kits available for pick up at check in.
• Activity Scheduling Services for groups that require assistance with planning the activity schedule for their group. Add to Shopping cart to be contacted by Customer Care.
• Tip: If you want to reserve a specific lodging and want to see the dates that lodging is available, Select "Search by Lodging/Activity" under Bluebonnet Shores Weekend in the green bar above.

Reserve lodgings, s'mores kits, and outdoor gear rental:

1. Select the Category drop down.
2. Navigate to the desired weekend on calendar and select the Friday date.
3. Select the Reserve button. It will be added to your Shopping Cart
4. You will be asked to assign number of Adults and Youths for each lodging later in the the reservation process. An estimate number of participants is fine for lodgings. 
5.  If you require gear that is not listed, check out the Outdoor Gear Rental system.

Reserve activity/meal passes : Review the camp "Activities Schedule"  before reserving activities.  Day Passes must be reserved between 30 to 14 days before the camp date in order to reserve remaining activity passes. Contact Customer Care to reserve.

1. In the Category section select the activity category you want.
2. Select the exact session you want. 
3. Navigate to the weekend and select the Saturday date for your weekend.
4. Click on the Reserve button. The activity session will be added to your Shopping Cart
5. Select the activity session only once. You will be prompted to enter the number of participants later. Be as precise as possible to avoid cancellation fees later if you reduce the number.
6. Repeat steps 1 -6 for each type of activity. Remember to change Categories to see other activities.
