Welcome to our Waco Service Center Reservation System!

We are using Doubleknot to manage the reservations. If you already have a Doubleknot Login, you may use it. If not, you may create one during the process. If you are a new Doubleknot user, you may create a GROUP (can be your Troop Number or just your Family Name). This helps identify your reservation.

We are  currently open for weekday evening troop meetings,  weekend day troop meetings and weekend  day rental and overnight reservations 

• Troop and SU meetings will have access to The Entire Building on Monday through Friday 5 p.m. - 9 p.m., Saturday/Sunday 8 a.m.  to 5 p.m. For a weekend troop meeting, use the Troop/SU Meeting. Do not use the Weekend Day Rental selection for troop meetings that occur on a weekend.
• Weekend Day Reservations are available on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a fee for non-Girl Scout related events (private parties)
• 1 night Weekend Overnight reservations are available Friday and Saturday nights, for a fee, from 6:00 p.m. through 12:00 p.m. the following day.
• The facility does not have showers if you are planning overnight events and need this accommodation. The facility does not have a stove/oven; only a microwave and refrigerator.

Making Reservations

For Troop and Service Unit Meetings:

1. In the Category section below, select "Meeting Reservation" 
2. Select "Troop/SU Meeting" and click on the date you desire for your meeting. The available times will be displayed. Time is reserved in 30 minute increments. Reserve as many as you need.
3. Click on the Start time of your reservation. The remaining hours will turn blue.
4. Click on the End Time of your reservation.
5. Click on the  RESERVE  . Your reservation will be added to the Shopping Cart.
6. If you need to reserve multiple dates and rooms, repeat steps 2 through 5 for each one
7. If you need to reserve Equipment (DVD player or Projector), change the category to Equipment and select the equpment you need and select the dates/times as you did for the room.
8. When done adding reservations, Check Out.

For Weekend Overnight reservations: (1 or 2 nights)

1. Select the Weekend Overnight Category
2. Select "Overnight Reservation" as the selection
3. Select either the Friday or Saturday date as your Start Date. If you want two nights, select Friday as the Start Date. If you want to reserve only one night, select either Friday or Saturday as your start date.
4. Click on  RESERVE   on the End Date. Your reservation will be added to the Shopping Cart.

For Weekend Day reservations:

1. Select the Weekend Day Rental Category
2. Select "Weekend Day Reservation" as the selection
3. Select the date you want and Click on  RESERVE . Your reservation will be added to the Shopping Cart.

​After your reservation is completed, you will receive an email from Doubleknot confirming the reservation. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folders. About 10 days prior to your reservation, you will receive an email with additional information.
