Welcome to the Bryan Girl Scout House Reservation System

This system is for Girl Scout Members ONLY. Nonmembers must contact Customer Care to  request a reservation.

We are using Doubleknot to manage the reservations. If you already have a Doubleknot Login, you may use it. If not, you may create one during the process. If you are a NEW Doubleknot user, you may create a login by selecting "Create New User Profile" You may also create a GROUP (your Troop Number to help us identify your reservation.)

Newly Renovated! Large meeting room, some smaller rooms, full kitchen with dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, two restrooms (no shower). Troops have their own storage lockers, wheelchair accessible, A/C and heat. Located in park area. The Girl Scout House has a variety of tables for your use:  (7) long tables, (1) medium table, (5) short tables. There are about 75 stackable chairs, and (5) white folding chairs.

We are taking reservations for:

  • Weekend Day: Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    • Fees: $100.00 + $50.00 refundable security deposit
    • Bryan/College Station service unit members wanting to reserve the house for non-Girl Scout events, i.e. birthday parties, should contact the Bryan Girl Scout House Manager.
  • Weekend Overnight: (one night & two night) 7:00 p.m. to 10 a.m.
    • ​Fees: $150.00 for One Night Rental, $250.00 for Two Night Rental. All reservations include a $50 refundable security deposit.
  • Online payment is preferred. If you need to make payment by cash or check, contact the Girl Scout House Manager to make your reservation and coordinate payment.
  • Max capacity -  Day: 60 people, Overnight: 20 people


To make a reservation:

  1. In the Category section below, select the Category of your reservation. 
  2. Click on the type of reservation you desire.
  3. Click on the start date of your reservation. 
  4. Click on the red Reserve button. Your reservation will be added to the shopping cart.
  5. If you need to make other reservations, repeat steps 1 - 4 for each one. 
  6. When done adding all your reservations, proceed to check out.
  7. On the next screen you will be asked to "FIX" each reservation prior to payment. Here is where you will enter the number of adults and youths attending.
  8. When done, complete the reservation.

After your reservation is completed, you will receive an email from Doubleknot confirming your registration. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folder. About 10 days prior to your reservation, you will receive another email with additional information.
