Welcome to the Bryan Girl Scout House Reservation System

This system is for Girl Scout Members ONLY.

Non-members must contact Customer Care for non-member pricing and to  request a reservation.

We are using Doubleknot to manage the reservations. If you already have a Doubleknot Login, you may use it. If not, you may create one during the process. If you are a NEW Doubleknot user, you may create a login by selecting "Create New User Profile" You may also create a GROUP (your Troop Number to help us identify your reservation.)

Newly Renovated! Large meeting room, some smaller rooms, full kitchen with dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, two restrooms (no shower). Troops have their own storage lockers, wheelchair accessible, A/C and heat. Located in park area. The Girl Scout House has a variety of tables for your use:  8 - 6ft tables, 2 - 5ft tables, 3 - 3ft tables 75 brown chairs. 6 plastic white chairs and 3 Lasko Oscilating fans. 

We are taking reservations for:

• Troop Meetings:  Monday through Thursday 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.  The fee for each troop meeting is $5.00 for up to two hours.
• Weekday Day Use (Non Girl Scout related) NEW: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., Fee: $50 for members. Great for daytime book clubs, bunco, birthdays, baby or wedding showers
• Weekend Day & Evening Rentals NEW: For Girl Scout related events, member personal use, and non members. Fees vary by reservation type.
• Weekend Overnight: One Night Rental from  Friday - Saturday or Saturday-Sunday for Girl Scout Related events, member personal use, and non members. Fees vary by reservation type. 
• Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. To request a cancellation/refund, contact customercare@gsctx.org​​.

To make a reservation:

1. In the Category section below, select the category of your reservation . 
2. When the screen updates, select the type of rental.
3. Use the calendar to navigate to the desired start date of your reservation and Click on the date to reserve. *For the Two Night rental, select Friday start date. 
4. Click on the red Reserve button. Your reservation will be added to the shopping cart.
5. If you need to make other reservations, repeat steps 1 - 4 for each one. Just change to the category you need.
6. When done adding all your reservations, proceed to check out.
7. On the next screen you will ask to select your registrant type. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to.
8. You will enter the number of adults and youths attending.
9. If you have more than one reservation, when you get to the Shopping Cart you will be asked to "Fix" the reservation. Click on each one to update the number and type of registrants. 
10. When done, complete the reservation and pay the balance due.

After your reservation is completed, you will receive an email receipt from Doubleknot confirming your registration. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folder. For Day & Evening rentals, Weekend Day, Evening, and Overnight reservations you will receive an email about 10 days prior to your reservation date that will include additional information for your reservation.
