We are using Doubleknot to manage the reservations. If you already have a Doubleknot Login, you may use it. If not, you may create one during the process. If you are a NEW Doubleknot user, you may create a GROUP (can be your Troop Number or just your Family Name). This helps identify your reservation.

This system is for Girl Scout members only. Non members must contact Customer Care to request a reservation.

We are taking reservations for Troop and Service Unit meetings and events, and weekend day and overnights.

  • Troop/SU meeting reservations available on Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For Troop Meetings and Troop Events on weekends, select the Troop Reservations category, not Weekend Day Rental. If you select the Weekend Day Rental, you will be charged a fee.

  • Weekend overnight reservations are available for One Night and Two Night overnight rentals - Friday, 7:00 p.m. to Saturday, 10:00 a.m or Friday 7:00 p.m. to Sunday 10:00 a.m.
    Weekend day reservations are available on Saturday or Sunday, 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. (for non Girl Scout related events). This should be used for non Girl Scout related events for Girl Scout members. There is a small fee.
    
  • There are (7) 60" round tables, (2) 8 ft. rectangular tables, (1) 6 ft. rectangular tables), about 50 chairs.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 30 days notice for any cancellation requests to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any requests made less than 30 days forfeit all fees paid. To request a cancellation/refund, contact customercare@gsctx.org.

To make a reservation:

  1. In the Category section below, select the category of your reservation. 
  2. Click on the type of reservation you desire.
  3. Click on the start date of your reservation. (For one night reservation, select either Friday or Saturday as the start date. Two night reservations must start on Fridays.) 
  4. Click on the red Reserve button. Your reservation will be added to the shopping cart.
  5. If you need to make other reservations, repeat steps 1 - 4 for each one. 
  6. When done adding all your reservations, proceed to check out.
  7. On the next screen you will be asked to "Fix" each reservation prior to payment. Here is where you will enter the number of adutls and youths attending.
  8. You can changte to a different category at any time if you need to.
  9. When done, complete the reservation.

After your reservation is completed, you will receive an email from Doubleknot confirming your registration. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folder. About 10 days prior to your reservation, you will receive another email with additional information.
