Welcome to the Georgetown Girl Scout House Reservation System

The Georgetown Girl Scout House features two meeting rooms with tables and chairs. The rooms can be separated by a sliding divider or opened to create one large space. The house also features two full kitchens, two restrooms (no shower), and Wi-Fi for guests. The building is climate controlled. Outdoor amenities include a fire ring and picnic tables.

Before Making a Reservation: 

• Service Unit Meetings: Please contact your Membership Engagement Specialist.
• Recruitment Events and Service Unit Events Open to the Entire Council: Please submit the Service Unit and Troop Event Calendar Request Form.
• All Other Reservations (including troop meetings, troop events, personal use, and non-member use): Select the appropriate reservation option below to view available dates, pricing and make your reservation.
• View the Georgetown Girl Scout House Calendar  for current availability.

 Reservations: 

Reservations are managed through Doubleknot and are available for service unit and troop meetings, Girl Scout activities and events, and non-Girl Scout events.

If you already have a Doubleknot account, you may use your existing login. New users will be able to create an account during the reservation process.

After Your Reservation:

Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Doubleknot. Additional information for applicable day, evening, and overnight rentals will be emailed approximately 10 days before your reservation. 

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Care.
