Camp Texlake

This online reservation system is for Girl Scout troops and service units only.

• Entire Camp service unit reservations can only be made by opening a Case with Customer Care.
• Non member groups must contact Customer Care at (800) 733-0011 for information on reserving the camp.
• All lodging reservations have a two night minimum.
• Check-in: Friday 6:00 p.m.  - 9:00 p.m.    Check Out: Sunday  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Prior to making your reservation, review the "Activities Schedule" in the reservation guide first. Now that you can pre-select the times for ALL activities, planning ahead is very important and will make the reservation process easier.

Reserve lodgings:

1. Select "1-Lodging" in the Category drop down.
2. Select the lodging you desire.
3. A larger calendar will display on the right showing availability.
4. Navigate to the desired weekend and select the Friday date.
5. Click the Reserve button. That lodging will be added to your Shopping Cart.
6. You will be asked to assign number of adults and youths for each lodging later in the the reservation process. An estimate is fine for now.
7. Repeat these steps for every lodging you would like to reserve.

Reserve activity/meal passes: (Plan your schedule prior to making a reservation.)

1. In the Category dropdown, select "View all categories."
2. Select the activity category you want.
3. Select the exact session you want. 
4. Navigate to the Saturday date for your weekend and clcik on it. Then click on the Reserve button.
5. Select the activity session only once. You will be prompted to enter the number of participants later.
