This system is for Girl Scout Members ONLY. Nonmembers must contact Customer Care to  request a reservation.

We are using Doubleknot to manage the reservations. If you already have a Doubleknot Login, you may use it. If not, you may create one during the process. If you are a NEW Doubleknot user, you may create a GROUP (can be your Troop Number or just your Family Name). This helps identify your reservation.

We are currently open for Troop/SU meeting reservations, Weekend Day reservations, and Weekend Overnight reservations

  • Troop Meeting reservations available on Tuesdays through Sundays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.  (Category: Meeting Rooms). If you need to reserve the Entire Building instead of a specific room, you can select that as well.
  • Weekend Day reservations are now available on Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for non Girl Scout related rentals, such as birthday parties, showers, etc. and for non member weekend reservations. A fee will be
  • Overnight reservations are now available Friday through Sunday for 1 night or 2 nights for the weekend., 6 p.m. to 10 a.m. the following day (Category: Weekend Overnight Reservations)
  • Equipment Reservations are also available.  (Category: Equipment Reservations)
  • Cancellation Policy for Weekend Day and Overnight reservations: We require at least 30 days notice for any cancellation requests to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any requests made less than 30 days forfeit all fees paid. To request a cancellation/refund, contact customercare@gsctx.org.

To make a reservation for troop and service unit meeting reservations:

  1. Select the "Meeting Rooms" Category below. 
  2. Select your desired room. 
  3. Click on the Date. The available times will be displayed.
  4. Click on the Date of your reservation. Available times will display.
  5. Select the Start Time of your meeting. The remaining hours will turn blue.
  6. Select the End Time of your reservation.
  7. Click on the red Reserve button. Your reservation will be added to the Shopping cart.
  8. If you need more rooms, repeat steps 2 through 6 for each one. You will need to change the Category if your are switching from a Meeting to an Overnight  reservation.
  9. When done adding your reservations, Check Out.

To make a Weekend Day Reservation (for Non Girl Scout related events): A fee will be charged

  1. Select the "Weekend Day Rental" Category below. 
  2. Click on the Date of your reservation
  3. Click on red Reserve button
  4. Your reservation will be placed in the Shopping Cart.
  5. Check Out on the right.

To make an Weekend Overnight reservation: (a fee will be charged)

  1. Select the Weekend Overnight Category. 
  2. Select "Entire Building - Overnight" or Platform Tent (Exterior)"
  3. Select your Start Date of your reservation.
  4. For one night reservations, Click on the red Reserve button. (For two nights starting on Friday, click on the Friday date and then click on red Reserve button on Sunday for two nights.)
  5. Your reservation will be placed in the Shopping Cart.
  6. Check Out on the right.
  7. If you want to reserve an overnight stay during the week, contact Customer Care.

After your reservation is completed, you will receive an email from Doubleknot confirming the reservation. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folders.
