Reservation System

We are using Doubleknot to manage the reservations. If you already have a Doubleknot Login, you may use it. If not, you may create one during the process. If you are a NEW Doubleknot user, you may create a GROUP (can be your Troop Number or just your Family Name)

Thank you for your interest in the Fredericksburg Scout House. It's a great place to stay with your troop or group. The rates are $250 per WEEKEND for Girl Scout Members and $300per WEEKEND for Non Members. Membership WILL be confirmed. A $75 refundable security deposit will be added to this rate and refunded after the reservation date if the facility is left clean and undamaged.

We require a TWO NIGHT minimum due to the popularity of our Scout House

TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

OVERNIGHT RENTALS: (TWO NIGHT MINIMUM)

1. SELECT YOUR CATEGORY "WEEKEND OVERNIGHT RENTAL". The screen will refresh and another "Weekend Overnight" with a little "i" in a circle will appear below it.
2. SELECT THE "WEEKEND OVERNIGHT " with the "i" in circle. (To see information about the Scout House amenities, you can click on that "i")
3. SELECT THE FRIDAY DATE OF THE DESIRED WEEKEND ON THE CALENDAR.
4. ​CLICK ON THE SUNDAY AS THE DATE OF DEPARTURE. (IT IS HIGHLIGHTED LIGHT BLUE)
5. CLICK ON THE RESERVE . Your reservation will be added to the Shopping cart and then CHECKOUT

AFTER YOUR RESERVATION IS COMPLETED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM DOUBLEKNOT CONFIRMING. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE IT, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS. ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION YOU WILL RECEIVE ANOTHER EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
