Zilker Cabin Reservation System

We use Doubleknot to manage reservations. If you have a Doubleknot login, please use it. If not, you can create one by selecting "Create New User Profile" when you get to the Login screen. Do not use your MyGS login.

This online reservation system is for Girl Scout troops and service units only. All other groups must contact Customer Care to make a reservation. This system is in real time. Your order will not be complete until you finalize your reservation and check out.

We are now accepting year round weekend day rental reservations. If you are interested in renting during the week, contact us.

Fees: Day rental 9:00 a.m. to  6:00 p.m. $75.00 + $25 refundable cleaning fee/security deposit

Making a reservation:

1. Select Day Rental in the Category section below. (We are currently not taking overnight reservations).
2. Select Zilker Cabin (Full Day Rental).
3. Navigate to your desired reservation date on the calendar and click that date.
4. Click Reserve. The reservation will be added to your shopping cart.
5. Check out and complete the reservation.
6. You will be asked to provide numbers for adults and youths later in the reservation process. An estimate is fine for now.
